We love to cater weddings. We love that each one is it’s own unique affair with different menus, settings, and most importantly, bride and mother of the bride. Oh, and groom.
In fact we love weddings so much we have a dedicated wedding specialist whose sole job is to ensure reception bliss for brides who choose us. It starts with the planning – the back and forth repartee that needs to happen to get to just what the bride wants, then make it even better. We always figure out how to say 'yes' to our brides.
We also handle the coordination for setting up, whether that’s a backyard in South Austin, a ranch in Kerrville, or one of our great local venues. You’ve got cousins and favors and photography and flower petals to worry about. Take catering coordination off your list.
Then there’s the execution – it’s downright gorgeous. Since you know we can do casual, let us tell you more about fancy. We’ve created some elegantly and uniquely Texas Party food and appetizers that will knock the socks off of any unsuspecting reception-goer.
