The PoK-e-Jo’s Food Truck: Have BBQ, Will Travel
These days, when someone talks about their favorite place to get a bite to eat, the question that is inevitably asked is: “is it a brick and mortar or a food truck?” We live in an amazing time thanks to the variety and freedom of options provided by food trucks. In Austin, alone, you can find trailers and trucks whose menu varies from sandwiches to gourmet doughnuts and even authentic Colombian cuisine! While this variety is exciting, one has to wonder about the quality of the food offered by these culinary caravans, and at Pok-e-Jo’s we are here to put your concerns to rest. Pok-e-Jo’s food truck brings the same attention to high quality bbq that makes our stores so great out on the road with the Pok-e-Jo’s food truck!
Our food truck has been around for over 2 years now and we have already made our mark out in the world of food truckin’ at offices, private parties, the Circuit of the Americas and even UT football games! Our truck brings smoked-in-house meats to any event where our staff slices and chops up delicious bbq sandwiches along with fresh brewed iced tea to fill any appetite at any venue. The Pok-e-Jo’s food truck can be found near the capitol at the Texas Workforce Commission every Tuesday for lunch as well at any UT home game in the south endzone club and is a permanent fixture for major concerts at the Austin360 Amphitheatre as well as any major event held at the Circuit of the Americas. This includes the MotoGP event, The X-Games and the upcoming F1 races this October 21-23rd!
In addition to major events such as these, the Pok-e-Jo’s food truck is available for corporate and private parties for any size group. If you are interested in renting out the food truck, feel free to contact us at (512) 388-7578 or email Sam at email@example.com
Remember, if you’re in Austin or the surrounding area, you’re never out of reach of some high quality bbq so give us a call and let us bring the Q to you and your next party so you and yours can Come And Get It!
